BLUE LINE / Focaccia


A cornerstone of the Apulian kitchen ideal for any moment of the day: the traditional focaccia APLUVIA by Magda represents a unique tasting experience.
Rigorously hand-made, just as the potato focaccia, another cult of the Apulian land. The tradition of our focaccias has been handed down for the future generations and our baker masters work the dough just as in the past, with patience and care. The manual skills merge onto the product quality. Raw materials are selected among the best of the territory and supplied only from certified and well-known partners. The focaccias are half-cooked, packed in Protected Atmosphere (without oxygen) and preserved in a temperature between 0°C e +4°C, to be heated in oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
