N’duja (salami spread)

Typical Calabrian extra fine-grained salami. It’s obtained from low-fat shoulders, throat fat and low-fat bacon of pork, mixed with lots of hot pepper. The product is put into natural pork entrails and it has a soft spreadable salami consistence.
Cuts: 0,5 – 1,0 kg or in a 290 g jar
Seasoning: 20/25 days
Conservation: Between 0°C +4°C
Packaging: 5/10/20 kg
All the products can be supplied in vacuum-packaging or in protected atmosphere.
