We have a vaste range of products that satisfy the most demanding palates. Wild boar, roe deer and deer salami, Cacciatore di Suino salami (small short seasoned salamis) and Silanello salami (speciality from Sila) spicy/not spicy

Conservation: Between 0°C +4°C
Packaging: 5/10/20 kg
All products can be supplied in vacuum-packing or in protected atmosphere.
Shelf life vacuum-packaging: 180 days
