Pappardelle funghi e salsiccia

Ingredients for 4 people
– APLUVIA Cooking – Organic – Green Line extra virgin olive oil
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 chilli pepper
– 200g of fresh sausage
– 500g of porcini mushrooms
– salt
– 200g APLUVIA Cooking tomato sauce – Red Line
– 1/2 onion
– 2 or 3 myrtle leaves
– 500g of – APLUVIA Cooking – Special size – Golden Line pappardelle
– 70g of grated pecorino or parmisan cheese

Preparation
Brown the garlic, chilli pepper and the crumbled sausage in the extra virgin olive oil. Add the porcini mushrooms and the salt and let it simmer on a low heat. In another saucesapan, prepare a tomato sauce with the onion. When the pasta is cooked, mix it with the mushrooms and let it simmer for a while to enhance the flavour. Add a few myrtle leaves. Sprinkle on the cheese and mix all together. Let it rest for a while before serving.
Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ready in 40 minutes
