Datterini tomatoes (long cherry tomatoes) are a variety of small long-shaped tomatoes, with a particularly sweet taste and pulpy consistence. It is perfect for quick sauces and for bruschette (roasted bread).

Uses
The product may be directly consumed or depending on the consumer’s preferences may be used for the preparation of sauces or dressings, precooked dishes, etcetera.

Process description
The datterino tomato undergoes the following step during the industrial process: washing, checking and selection, juice addition and packing, seam, pasteurization, cooling and drying.

Ingredients
Datterino tomatoes, tomato juice. 100% Italian tomatoes.

Preserving process
Preserves to a pH stabilized acid (appertization). Temperature of pasteurization

Manifacturing Process
Product made in tinned band cans.

Preserving and Distribution
Keep at room temperature.

36 months from production.
